Her experience in public services includes leading sensitive law reforms to the care and protection of children legislation to enable information sharing and earlier support for families and strategic reforms to achieve public policy outcomes in child and family services sector.

Emma has experience in commissions of inquiry and royal commissions, including leading the Victorian State Government’s responses to the Hazelwood Mine Fire Commissions of Inquiries, and supporting the establishment of the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System.

She is also experienced in native title claims, compensation claims and indigenous land services in Queensland.

Emma is a Graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors and a certified coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
