Jessica has experience in both defending claims and acting in claims management roles providing her with a unique awareness of the need to take account of competing interests of various stakeholders during the legal process. She is conscious of the impact litigation has on all parties and has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution processes.
Jessica currently acts for medical practitioners in District and Supreme Court claims relating to professional negligence.
