Josh primarily specialises in advising and representing clients regarding claims involving allegations of negligence (and other torts), breach of statutory duty and/or breach of contract relating to personal injury and property damage.

Josh holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) (Commercial Litigation) and he has been an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law since 2010.
