For the past 20 years Robyn has acted exclusively in defence of claims against NSW public hospitals their doctors and employed members of staff including matters arising out of catastrophic birth and other significant injuries. In addition she has advised on multi-party liability disputes, apportionment issues, coronial inquests and complaints to medical statutory bodies.
Robyn has a sound understanding of the issues and challenges facing her government clients. She provides legal advice and service to her clients often in politically sensitive matters with a particular focus on early resolution by alternative dispute resolution. Robyn also frequently achieves excellent and cost-effective outcomes in the conduct of litigated matters.
