Ella Alexander
Ella is responsible for Makinson d'Apice's pro bono program, enabling our lawyers to use their legal expertise to assist those that need it the most.
With a longstanding passion for using her skills to assist disadvantaged members of the community, Ella brings to the firm over 13 years of experience working with a range of social justice organisations.
Prior to joining Makinson d'Apice, Ella worked as a commercial litigator at a top tier law firm and as an academic researching and lecturing on various topics in human rights and Indigenous Australian studies.
She has a particular interest in working with Indigenous communities, asylum seekers and people with disabilities.
