Alex is a senior practitioner in education law and litigation. His main areas of practice are schools, occupiers of property, government departments and religious organisations.

Alex has a detailed understanding of legal issues affecting the education sector accumulated through work with hundreds of educational institutions over a 40 year career. He is able to assist clients to navigate their way through the many and varied legal issues confronting this sensitive sector and has been accredited by the Law Society of New South Wales as a specialist in personal injury litigation.

More broadly, Alex has extensive general and commercial litigation experience and is a trusted advisor in risk management and dispute resolution techniques.
