She prepares, reviews and negotiates contract documentation and assists her clients in achieving end to end solutions and identifying opportunity, whilst avoiding project risks and complexities.

Stephanie is experienced in acting for clients in a range of legal disputes from larger commercial matters to domestic and residential building work. She takes a commercially focused approach to resolve legal issues at an early stage. Where early resolution is not possible she has the ability to run and achieve successful outcomes for her clients in litigation or alternatives forms of dispute resolution such as mediation, expert determination and adjudication.

• Dispute resolution in a range of disputes with a focus on construction and commercial litigation, including all forms of debt recovery. She has represented clients in the Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court, Land & Environment Court and NCAT. Stephanie is also admitted in the High Court of Australia.
• Payment Claims and Adjudication – acting for principals and contractors.
• Urgent legal advice on a broad range of legal issues in commercial and residential construction work.
• Actively involved in providing legal advice and casework support for Refugee Legal.
